Kathleen Pushor
Katie Pushor has served as a director of publicly-traded companies since 1998. Currently, she chairs the Compensation Committee of a Fortune 500 company in the IT Services sector, Insight Enterprises, Inc. (NSIT). She chairs the Finance & Investment Committee of a $1.2 billion dollar organization in the blood products industry, Vitalant. In 2018, Katie chaired the board of Creative Testing Solutions, a multi- million dollar joint venture formed by leading laboratory testing companies in the U.S. Ms. Pushor has also served on numerous non-profit organization boards and a local bank. Previously licensed as a CPA, she meets the financial literacy requirements to serve as a member of the audit committee.
Katie has served as the President and CEO of the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce and a gubernatorial appointment as the Executive Director of the Arizona Lottery. She spent ten years with MicroAge, Inc., (a Fortune 500 IT services business) as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. She began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers as a CPA fresh out of the University of Colorado.
Katie owns and operates an executive coaching practice, Inner Capital, in Scottsdale, Arizona. A mother of four and a grandmother of three, she now enjoys living in an ‘empty nest’ with her husband of 38 years and an amazing dog named Ellie.
