Liza Davis
Elizabeth (Liza) Davis is the Vice President of Human Resources (HR) for Creative Testing Solutions (CTS). She is responsible for the company’s overall human resources strategy, talent acquisition, employee training and leadership development, compensation and benefits, HR operations, and HR systems.
Liza holds over 20 years of HR professional experience, mainly in the manufacturing industry. She is passionate about connecting with people and focused on employee relations, counseling, and building relationships throughout her career. Before joining CTS in 2019, she held a director role in global operations with West Pharmaceutical. Before this role, she spent eight years as an HR and training manager with Isola Group and three years as an HR manager at Eye Care for Animals veterinary specialty practices.
Liza earned a bachelor’s degree in family resources and human development from Arizona State University. She also has a Senior Certified Professional (SCP) certification and Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). This background provides her with a wide breadth of knowledge in human resource strategy and planning, as well as an understanding of the overall HR needs of an organization.
Liza is a married mother of three (one son and two daughters). She and her family now live near Denver, CO. She loves to travel, and her hobbies include art, reading, yoga, and cycling.
