Josh Moon has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Creative Testing Solutions (CTS), effective Jan. 11, 2026. As COO, Josh will lead operational strategy and execution, ensuring our laboratories and support teams deliver safe, efficient, and reliable results for partners and patients.
Josh’s journey with CTS began nearly 20 years ago as a laboratory technologist in Phoenix. Over the years, he has held key leadership roles in operations, business intelligence, and automation, most recently serving as Vice President of Automation and Director of Operations in St. Louis. His dedication, adaptability, and strategic thinking have shaped CTS’s commitment to innovation and quality.
Beyond his professional achievements, Josh is known for his collaborative spirit and genuine care for his colleagues. He’s passionate about mentoring new leaders and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors and volunteering in his local community.
Josh and his family are excited for this new chapter and look forward to connecting with CTS team members across all locations. He is eager to listen, learn, and help CTS continue to set the standard in blood and plasma testing.
