Cliff Numark is a Creative Testing Solutions board member, and President and CEO of OneBlood, responsible for providing safe, available and affordable blood to more than 300 hospital partners and their patients throughout Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Alabama. From 2019 to 2025, Cliff served as senior vice president of donor services and chief of marketing for Vitalant, where he oversaw 2,200 team members and 1.6 million collections annually for more than 900 hospitals across 28 states. Before Vitalant, Cliff spent 16 years at the American Red Cross where he was a senior executive responsible for leading donor services and operations at local, regional and national levels, including serving as CEO for the American Red Cross Southern California Region.
Cliff holds a law degree from University of California, Berkeley, a master’s degree in public affairs from Princeton University, a master’s degree in science from the University of Sussex and has a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and public policy from Pomona College. Cliff serves on the board of America’s Blood Centers and is a respected and well-known leader in the blood industry.
Cliff’s proven record of achieving operational growth, building strong teams, and creating and implementing innovative marketing and recruitment programs is a valuable strength for the CTS board.
